We’re about $15.3k behind the quarter target. I’ve pointed the team at the three places the gap sits. The delivery task is complete.

What should I focus on today?

Two decisions are waiting: Ed’s returns test and Sarah’s handoff rule. One lever is yours alone: email converts at 8.0%, against 2.1% for paid social.

What you get

Four AI teammates.

One team working together to grow revenue and reduce recurring work.

EmmaOperates

Turn signals into completed work.

Emma watches the business, finds where revenue is slipping, and gives each problem one accountable owner.

EdOptimizes

Make more of the traffic you already have.

Ed finds storefront friction, shows you the exact change, and measures it against the unchanged page before rollout.

SarahAssists

Help every shopper move forward.

Muster’s shopper assistant answers on your storefront. Sarah reviews those conversations, finds what is missing, and improves the answers.

ArjunProtects

Catch technical failures before they spread.

Arjun watches errors, payments, page speed, devices, and integrations, then traces incidents to a safe next step.

More revenue. Less recurring work.

You approve what ships. Every claim shows its evidence.

How it works

Set up the team.
They bring you the decisions.

Connect once and set the limits. After that the work comes to you, and every decision arrives with a preview and the evidence.

01

Connect your store

Bring in Shopify or BigCommerce, then add the sources each specialist needs. Read access first.

02

Choose how they work

Set what each specialist can look into, prepare, or carry out for your store.

03

Decide what they bring you

Each decision arrives with a preview and the evidence. Approve, change, or defer it, and ask any teammate a question whenever you like.

A normal morning

Four updates.
Three decisions.

The team works all week. You hear from it when there is something to decide, something finished, or something to watch. Most mornings that takes a few minutes.

Urgent problems, like a payment failure, reach you when they happen, not at the next check-in.

Questions

Quick answers

How does Muster compare with hiring or consulting?

Muster gives you four AI teammates in one subscription, starting at $699 a month. Emma operates the recurring workflow, Ed optimizes the storefront, Sarah improves shopper assistance, and Arjun protects store reliability around the clock. They do the monitoring, preparation and follow-through; you keep the decisions. This can reduce the routine work you hire or commission separately, while your people and advisors focus on strategy and judgment. The savings depend on the work you hand over and what you spend today.

Is there a free plan?

No free plan. Limited, Scale, and Max each include a 30-day trial, so you can connect the store and see the team work.

Which agents are included?

Emma operates, Ed optimizes, Sarah assists, and Arjun protects. The same four teammates are included on every plan.

What counts as a live experiment?

One A/B test running on your storefront, however many pages it touches. Testing a buy-box change on 38 product pages is one experiment. Drafts, reviews and holdouts are unlimited. The plan limit is a ceiling, not a target: most stores under $1M run one to three tests at a time, because traffic, not the plan, decides how many can reach a result.

My store doesn’t get much traffic. Can tests still reach a result?

Some can, and Ed tells you which before you approve anything. He sizes every test to your traffic first and states how long it needs. A store with a few hundred sessions a day can detect a 20% lift in about nine weeks, and cannot detect a 5% lift in any useful time, so Ed tests bigger changes, one per page area. Factual fixes, like a missing delivery note, don’t need a test: they ship on your approval with a rollback. If a test can’t reach a result, he says so and stops it.

What are the limits?

Each plan includes a store-size band, live experiments, shopper conversations on the store, and agent conversations with the teammates. Limited is the tightest. Scale has higher limits. Max has the highest. If you stay over, we move you up. We write before that happens.

Do the agents learn my store?

Yes. Emma keeps the business context: which channels and devices sell. Ed keeps the storefront context: which changes won, and which did nothing. Sarah keeps what shoppers ask and which answers still need work. Arjun keeps what healthy looks like for your pages, payments and integrations.

Does Muster answer my shoppers, or only review the answers?

Both. Muster’s shopper assistant answers questions on your storefront, using your catalog and the policies you confirm. Sarah, the CX Manager, is not that chat: she reviews its conversations, finds the knowledge that is missing, and improves the answers. Support tickets, refunds and post-purchase service stay in your helpdesk.

What if a shopper wants a person?

They can ask. Sarah keeps the unresolved request separate and brings it to you. An escalation is never counted as resolved, and silence is never counted as a yes.

Does Ed change my store without asking?

Not to everyone, and not without a test. By default you approve each test, and a winner waits for you even after it hits 95% confidence. You can allow winners to roll out on their own. A holdout keeps running either way.

Do you take a cut of sales?

No. A flat monthly price, locked for 12 months. Unlimited seats.

How do I pick a plan?

By yearly sales and how much the team is doing. The same four specialists are included either way. More than one store is Enterprise.

Which platforms do you support?

Shopify and BigCommerce first. WooCommerce and Magento by request.

When can I start?
